LMT, LVR

Rebecca Piszczor brings nearly two decades of experience in massage therapy, offering a thoughtful, individualized approach to care at Selah Skinhäus.

A Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Vocational Nurse, she brings a strong clinical understanding of the body into each session. Her background allows her to approach bodywork with both skill and insight, focusing on how the body functions as a whole.

Rebecca’s work is centered on listening first. Each session is tailored to the individual—whether the focus is relieving pain, improving mobility, or supporting overall wellness. She frequently works with concerns such as low back pain, sciatica, shoulder tension, and muscular imbalance.

She integrates a range of modalities, including therapeutic massage, stretching, cupping, and heat, creating treatments that are both effective and restorative.

Her goal is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident—leaving each session with a greater sense of ease in their body.

“I commonly work with sciatica, piriformis pain, shoulder tension, and low back pain—often helping clients manage ongoing discomfort and improve mobility.”

Rebecca’s Perspective

  • It allows me to better understand the body and what each client needs. That understanding helps me tailor each session so it’s both effective and specific to them.

  • For deeper, more therapeutic work, every 4–6 weeks is a good place to start. For lighter work, it depends on the individual and how their body responds to treatment.
