Lacey McCoy

Practice Coordinator

Lacey McCoy is a Level One Certified Biomechanics Personal Trainer with a focused, intentional approach to movement and body awareness.

Currently completing her training in massage therapy, Lacey brings a strong foundation in biomechanics to her work—studying how the body moves, where imbalances occur, and how patterns of restriction develop over time. Her approach centers on understanding the relationship between structure, movement, and long-term function.

At Selah, Lacey supports both clients and providers, assisting in creating a smooth, welcoming experience while continuing to deepen her clinical training. Her presence reflects a thoughtful attention to detail and a genuine interest in helping others feel more comfortable and supported.

Lacey is especially interested in working with individuals looking to improve mobility, balance, and overall function, as well as those navigating chronic tension or movement limitations.

Her perspective is grounded in the belief that lasting change comes from awareness and consistency—helping clients feel more connected, capable, and at ease within their bodies.

“Athletes, individuals with chronic pain or movement restrictions, and anyone looking to improve mobility, balance, and overall function benefit most from biomechanics-based bodywork.”

Lacey’s Perspective

  • Biomechanics gives me a more precise way to evaluate how the body moves and where dysfunction begins. It helps identify the root causes of pain while also allowing me to work more efficiently and intentionally during each session.

  • Before beginning treatment, I observe movement patterns, posture, and overall lifestyle factors. That information helps guide how I approach the session so it’s specific to what the body actually needs.
